Steps to Follow for Flashing:‐ 

• Download and install VCOM Driver MTK v1.0.14.exe .MTK Drivers

• Power off your Redmi Note 3 (make sure it has at least 60% battery)

• Download Fastboot ROM from above Link and extract it into your PC (Use Winrar Software to extract).Please Check if the file suffix is '.tgz'. Please rename it to '.tgz' if the suffix is '.gz or .tar'

• Download and extract SP Flash Tools on your Rom download above

Please Uncheck Preload for Lock Bootloader (Or if not, it will stucking bootloop, black screen)

 Instructions to install rom V7

• Copy the ROM into the device's memory (in TWRP the device will recognize the internal memory on the computer)
• TWRP> Wipe Factory Reset
• In TWRP select Install> Select ROM ZIP
• Wait 10 minutes for the installation to complete
• Restart the machine and enjoy

Anyone who needs to root the device should flash this file Magisk-v20.3.zip 

Note after uploading the rom

=> Important Thing to do:

    If you want to make dual sim (2sim) Rom successful

• First you must read Cert from any Tools (Ex: Chimera or Z3x or KingTools,...)
• Then Edit Cert with Note++
• After flash rom from above link (SuperPIE Rom Note9) and wait until complete.
• Finally you write Cert, It's done now.
